The In-Home Service program is also funded by Missouri Medicaid (MO Health NET) and deals with more dependent clients with disabilities. Choosing our In-Home Service program will provide you with the following services:
- Personal Care – bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting; (daily living activities)
- Homemaker – general household cleaning; bathroom, kitchen, living area, laundry, etc.
- Health- medication reminders, call in prescription refills, and help with range of motion
- Chore – short-term, intermittent tasks necessary to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe home environment;
- Meals- meals preparation and meal clean up
- Advanced Personal Care – maintenance services to assist with activities of daily living when such assistance requires devices or procedures related to altered body functions
- Respite – provides temporary relief for the caregiver of a dependent adult
- Transportation- errands, grocery shopping, pharmacy
